1. Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was delivered, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
3. Non-returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons. These may include (but are not limited to) certain kitchenware that has been opened or used. Please check product descriptions for any specific return restrictions.
4. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@galenartisan.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.
5. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item). Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
7. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, please contact us at service@galenartisan.com for further instructions.
8. Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable, unless defective.
